The full session fee is strictly required to be paid when booking the psychologist appointment or at least 48 hours prior to the telehealth sessions. For more details, please visit our fees and rebates page and our cancellation policy page.

Attend the psychologist appointment and claim your rebate if applicable. 

After the telehealth sessions, you will process your rebates through Medicare or private health rebates, if eligible.
